Tegan And Ned
My first impression:
TEGAN: I thought he was super confident. It was 2013, Ned was wearing a dangly earring and a denim vest with mirrors on the back. I remember thinking how much he stood out from everyone else.
Our first date was:
TEGAN: Was coffee on Darby St, Newcastle. He was late because he had a broken collar bone and wore these super long army boots that he struggled to tie with one hand haha!
What I admire most of him/her:
TEGAN: He is so kind and thoughtful, he doesn't care what people think, he wears whatever he wants and he is super driven. Whether he is shooting a campaign, making music or building our dream van, he will give it 110% every time. He inspires me to be a better person daily.
What we love doing together:
TEGAN: Travelling. This used to be our main source of income but COVID had other plans. We recently renovated our van together so we love little getaways in that. We spend almost every day with friends, love shopping and are both huge movie buffs.
Most romantic memory together:
TEGAN: The first time Ned told me he loved me, he took me on a surprise date. It went from a Mexican dinner date, followed by ice-skating, then ended at the movies and Timezone.
