Returns

Returns are accepted on any Full Price online purchase back to the eBoutique or at any of our CAMILLA Boutiques.

Returns for all items are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase to the eBoutique only. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.

Returns will not be accepted on items marked as FINAL SALE.

If you wish to exchange for another item or size, you can do this in store or refund and purchase the new item separately.

Note: We endeavour to process our returns within 5 business days of receiving your return, however, during sale periods this may take 1-2 business days longer.
